    Peter Hirshberg has been at the forefront of innovation and disruptive change in emerging media and technology for more than 25 years.
    He is the co-founder of the Maker City Project, the national organization tasked with helping cities and towns reclaim manufacturing prowess by leveraging the Maker movement. His research on the Maker City is available in the best selling book - Maker City: A practical guide to reinventing our cities - funded by the Kauffman Foundation. This book was created in collaboration with White House where it was launched in 2016 and with the Brookings Institution, where Peter is an author. Peter is the co-founder of City Innovate foundation, an organization formed with The San Francisco Mayor’s office, UC Berkeley and the MIT media lab to promote a network of global civic innovation centers.     Yigal Erlich is the founder and managing partner of the Yozma Group, one of the veteran venture capital groups in Israel. Mr. Erlich served as the Chief Scientist of Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade between 1984 and 1992. Based on such experience, he established the Yozma Group, which was the first Venture Capital fund sponsored by the government of Israel.
    Mr. Erlich is considered as the founding father of the Israeli venture capital industry and one of the most prominent figures inthe Israel high-tech arena. He also served as a second secretary to the President for ICT and vice president of the Intelligent Information Society Bureau.
